Situation – You have to access your company email (POP) and you have not got your laptop with you nor a PDA, but you have access to internet on a third party computer. You are not interested in configuring any email client like the Microsoft Outlook or Thunderbird.
Solution – There is a service called Mail2Web which can be used in such situation. You can check your emails (only new ones which are not downloaded to your email client when you have opted to delete the message from the server once downloaded), send an email, forward, reply, etc.

Gmail – Gmail is the best solution for this. If you have enabled POP email with Gmail, then you should never run into any problems. I use Gmail to access my POP emails which has the option to access multiple POP email accounts.

If you are using a Exchange account, then there should be an option to access the emails using the POP setting, I use Exchange server from Mail2Web which has this feature. It also has a OWA (Outlook Web Access) feature which solves all my problems.
