Gunfire at  Muthoot Financiers’ Branch in Delhi

A security guard at Muthoot Financiers branch in south-east Delhi’s Govindpuri Extension opened fire at his four colleagues, killed two and leaving two injured. The incident took place around 7.55 pm. The two employees killed are Jomesh and Krishna, who are belonging to Kerala and the other two suffered bullet injuries are Nidhi Ghai and Anu Gole.

The young security man, Vishram, killed himself after shooting his four colleagues.  All of them were rushed to AIIMS Trauma Centre where Vishram, Jomesh and Krishna were declared brought dead.

What provoked him to do such a heinous crime could have been the work pressure and low salary paid to him.

    no,it horriable, a strict action must be taken aganist such type of company which give low salary & imposed 12 hour work pressure on their employee, empolyee does’t mean that they are animal, ofcourse thet are human being, i heared from someone about muthoot finance, someone said this company only worried about money, not with the employee satisfaction, i came to know that muthoot finance give only 9000 rs to the employee in return of 12 hour work period, govt policy say that only 48 hour an employee can work in a week, but in muthoot finance employe work 54 hour in a week. that is redeculous,

    muthoot finance gold loan me sayad no 1 ha,but ye company apne employees ko satisfy karne me zero ha, because muthoot finace ko sirf loan karne or money reise karne me satisfaction milta ha, ye company koi govt ke policy nehi manti ha regarding employee welfare. is company me employee employee ban kar kaam nahi karte , wo company ke nokar ban kar kaam karte he, is company me employee ko apne kise bhi dissatisfaction ko kahne ka right nahi ha, agar koi employee company ke bakwas policy ko nahi manta ha, to ye company us employeeko mina kisi notice ka company ke bahar kar deti ha , kaya yahi ha indepandent india,kaya yahi hi company act,

    the company is treating there employees like servant and had one side inclination regarding the work process..

    The employee is having no authority but responsible for everything besides the mistake done by some one else it is non other than muthoot finanace…….

    LOW salary … long working hours and no satisfaction to the employee will lead this such type of cases.

    company only feel sorry for the people who depart…. no compensation to the employee family…

    on esic also company is doing nothing,,, atleast one esic officer should visit and audit the company to know the facts.

    this company is running behind the happiness of the employeee and top management is happy.

    no insurance is givento employee on company side and no trasperancy in the rules all rules are there home made…….

    government should seize the licence of these kind of company especially muthoot finanace…
