    Hi Lechu,

Have you tried this yourself or do you know somebody who did this and used it for an year?. Now why do we have to put the bottle in sunlight for an hor everyday, what happens if we put it in honey and cover properly. Why I am asking is my parents went through the laborious process of pitting 2000 amlas and ready to go. But some body suggested that the did the same many years ago and with in a week they can see the fungus and smelled horible. Please let me know or findout the proper process. The only reason I was bit hesitent for putting jar in the sun is heating honey looses all its nutritional value and whats left is only honey sugar syrup (if honey is heated). Thanks!
