iOS beta 5 is out for developers, it’s an over the air update, but this time you need to erase your data and settings to get this done. After hearing the news, I just checked my iPhone for the update, but not available, then I understood that I need to erase the settings and data and reset my iPhone to get this done.

I reset my iPhone, be sure that you back up your iPhone either to your iCloud account or to your iTunes because you will need this to restore your iPhone.
Still downloading the update OTA.
So to update your iPhone with iOS Beta 5, you need to reset your phone – i.e erase your settings and data before you can go for the update.
