iPhone 5 – Are you going to upgrade your iPhone?
The waiting period is over as you should have heard about the new iPhone which should be your next dream phone if you are an iPhone fan. Almost every 12 months we get to see the next version of iPhone and this time, it’s the much anticipated iPhone 5 with lots of new features, infact a big change in looks and power. It will be coming up with iOS 6 as the operating system and is to be put on sale from the 21st of September 2012.
If you are not an iPhone user, still you should think about going for it and if you have been using any older version of iPhone you will definitely want to upgrade your device to experience the new features and power of this new device.
What are the new features of iPhone 5?
- Look and Feel – Black and steel color (No white for iPhone 5)
- iPhone 5 is 20% lighter and 18% thinner, you would love this and with this it has a 4 inch display.
- It is 4G compatible
- It has a better battery back up (225 hours on standby and 8 whole hours while talking on the phone or surfing the web on 3G)
This is not the end of the list of new features of iPhone 5, but these could be the reasons for you to think about getting an iPhone 5
The release date for iPhone 5 in India is still not decided as usual, we may have to to wait till we have our operators come up with the SIM for this device. iPhone 5 will not work with our regular SIM or the micro SIM, but we will need something called nano sim confirmed by Vodafone.

The pricing is kept the same as iPhone 4S, we need to wait and see if there are unlocked versions available and their pricing.
