How to make money by reviewing products on your blog?
Yesterday I had written about the facts of making money from blogs. One of the methods that I mentioned was to make money by writing reviews (Paid Reviews). There are many bloggers who get paid to write about new products, which is a very good marketing method and works well for companies and even individuals. You can start with writing reviews of your own products and add this as one of your services.
Before starting his service you need to get organized and plan your service rules.
Steps to start your paid review service
- Write down your terms and conditions which should include the category of products that you are interested in reviewing.
- Make sure that you mention that you will be adding rel=”nofollow” tag to the links that you will add to the review as there could be problems with search engines like Google for paid links and you may lose your search engine trust and rankings. The reason I stress on this is that many may come up to you to get their product reviewed to get a backlink from your site.
- Do honest review as there many be visitors who would like to trust you and listen to your words before buying a product.
- Make sure you have proper disclaimer page explaining the reason for reviews and your benefits from the review.
- Add eye catching links / buttons informing your visitors that you do write reviews.
- Promote your reviews on different social networking sites so that your customer is happy and benefited and recommends you to his / her friends.
- Link to all the related pages like the TOS and disclaimer to be legally safe.
If you are able to write reviews that really benefit your customers and visitors, you can make good money out of this system. There are many who do this and make a lot of money. Again it takes time to establish, so try hard and never give up.
