No Eid celebration without a mutton dish to decorate the dining table either for breakfast or lunch. It is customary in Muslim community in Kerala to kill a goat, lamb, or sheep to give more colour to the food varieties prepared for this holy day. Today, I also prepared a mutton curry after a long time because very rarely i get fresh mutton here in Maldives. I used frozen meat for this recipe but enough bone pieces were stuffed inside the pack. It is an easy to cook recipe and give a try next time when you shop mutton.
