New Logo and Theme song for Kerala State Women Development Council

Kerala State Women Development Council announced the launching of its  logo and theme song. The theme song is titled “Sthreethvathinte Puthiya Mukham” (the new outlook of womanhood). The voice is lend by Swetha Mohan, for 3 mins. The cast includes women from different walks of life, where they excelled in their areas of talent. All the cast performed in the song for free of remuneration.

The logo and theme song will be launched on the 30th May, 2011 at Co-towers, near Mascot Hotel at 3:00 PM. The Logo will be displayed by the Hon’ble Chief Minister of Kerala, Oomen Chandy and the CD of the theme song is handed over to its cast by Privthvi Raj, Malayalam Cine artist.

The cast of the theme song includes Actress Vidya Balan and Asin Thottungal, Danseuses Mallika Sarabhai, Poet Sugatha kumari, Asian Games Gold medalist Preeja Sreedharan, Actor and Director Revathy, IAS Dr. Usha Titus, IPS B. Sandhya, Dancer Kapila Venu, Social worker Rabiya, Singer Swetha Mohan, Film editor Beena Paul, Former Miss World first runner up Parvathy Omanakuttan, etc.
