One quail egg weighs 10-12 gms but it is considered as a dietary and healing food.  Quail egg does not have the bad cholesterol (LDL) and a good source of the good cholesterol (HDL). It provides 5 times better than the normal chicken egg can in terms of Iron and potassium.
