Sizzling Chocolate Brownie

My favourite yummy sizzling chocolate brownie from Shiv Sagar, Bangalore. For quiet sometime i didn’t know its name and i named it as burnt ice-cream for my convenience. I got its original name very recently only. I have had its different versions from different places like Cafe’ coffee day and  Marry Brown. At Marry Brown, cold brownie is served with vanilla ice-cream.

In Shiv Sagar, hot brownie is served in a hot iron plate, covered with a wooden pan, is topped with two scoops of vanilla ice-creams. Chocolate sauce is poured on it after it is served on the table. When the sauce is poured, you get a burnt chocolate smell since the iron plate is so warm. It simply melts in your mouth. You need a minimum of 15 mins to finish it.

Don’t try this after your regular meal because it is too heavy as a dessert rather you can try this as your regular meal. Unlike other versions, this brownie is stuffed with lots of nuts varieties. It costs Rs. 90/- only.
