Snehaveedu Movie review

I think I am the last person to watch this Sathyan Anthikkad Movie. Like in every other movie of Sathyan Anthikkad, this movie also features the strong bonding of a mother and a son. Here the mother’s role is done by the beautiful actress Sheela and the son’s role is done by Mohanlal. Everything remains the same except the character of Karthik, played by a new face Rahul Pillai. Rather than the story of mother and son, it narrates the story of a teenager who came to meet his father with an old photograph of Mohanlal. Sathyan is keeping every audience so eager to know the story behind Karthik, and once the story is unveiled the climax becomes a little bit boring and dull.

There are so many characters without much of importance in the movie. KPAC Lalitha, Innocent, Urmila Unni, Padma priya, Biju Menon, Lena, Chembil Asokan are also part of the movie other than Mohanlal, Sheela, and Rahul Pillai. The first half is very interesting and the second half is a bit dull. But it is a family entertainer. The story is written and directed by Sathyan  Anthikkad, music is scored by Maestro Ilayaraja, produced by Antony Perumbavoor.

In short, it is worth watching with the family.
