Tapioca and Chicken Dry Curry – Best Combination

Today being Friday is my Weekly off day, so thought of cooking some Chicken and Tapioca. I remembered of a shop in Kerala where this combination used to served with some great difference. I had seen that person cooking chicken many times as the kitchen of that shop was open and we could see, but never tried it. So today was the day

The Chicken recipe is very simple. Just clean the chicken, cut into small pieces, and wash it well. We need some green chillies, ginger (bit more), garlic, chilly powder, coriander powder and pepper powder.

After cleaning the chicken, we add the green chillies, thrashed ginger and garlic

Added some salt, chilly powder, coriander powder, pepper powder and left it to cook

In the mean time, I got the Tapioca cooked

Yup, ready, just tasting it out.

I had this and I liked it but did not reach that taste. Its very odd to praise ourself, but I trying to get somebody to taste it and give me some opinion.
