I don’t use Yahoo messenger, but thought of trying out video calls using Yahoo Messenger. I really liked this application. You can make video calls to any Yahoo messenger user. It can be on a computer also. I tested this using the latest version of Yahoo Messenger (10.0).
The the video call I made was excellent. The video was of good quality as well as the audio part. There were no crashes or any other problem during the call. I did not try using 3G, but as far as I know, it works with 3G too.
This is the dialer where you can make calls directly by dialing the numbers.
You can make calls to any mobile phones or land line if you are having an account and balance for Yahoo phone calls or you can make free calls to your friends online.
You can enable or disable notifications.
I am waiting for skype to come up with Video calling feature as its my favourite IM service and I use that for making VOIP calls.
